"This property was great! Only a short 10-15 drive to COTA coming from the southeast of the track made for a nice hassle-free experience each day. The home was well appointed and had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. All guests had nothing but good things to say about the home. The screened in porch with the gas fire-pit was great for morning coffee and evening chats and cocktails. Would definitely stay here again! "

"A wonderful place for all in the family to enjoy - from 6 weeks old to 74 - 3 brothers and their families. We had space to all get together, gathering on the Nut House porch for our outdoor style dining and in the big room for Christmas morning.The pecan orchard gave us running/walking/and exploring space and the youngest loved visiting the chickens and horses in the adjacent property. Basketball and slack line provided challenges for the teens and those of us who were young in spirit.A...

"Family members stayed here for a wedding weekend celebration. There is a spiral staircase to get to the two bedrooms in the loft area. The “younger” members of our group were given that area to enjoy and to maneuver their suitcases up. Overall a lovely property and enjoyed the stay "

"This is the house that you always wish your family had - the cabin or farm house that everyone went to as a group gathering or as a small retreat. The gathering rooms are huge, the beds are soft, and there is just a great feeling of peace. This trip for us was a one-off, we went for a wedding in the area, but if we ever have need to stay in the Austin area and can stay an hour away, this is where we will go back to. Loved it."

"The house was exactly as pictured and excellent for the stay. The outdoor space was lovely for our wedding and everyone thought it was a great location/venue. Prior to the weekend communication was excellent but when it came time to actually being there, communication went downhill. A wedding can be high stress so having that happen was frustrating; however, the owner did get someone to come mow the outdoor event space on the day of the event and it gave us just enough time to finish decorating....
