"When arrived at check in I was told that my choice room wasn’t available due to overbooking and in view of the fact that I had booked the room via Expedia the hotel had priority and a room was arranged in the 7th floor. The room had a bathtub not sutiblable therefore I requested to be changed next day with a shower. Also the patio door was wisling due to the high winds and when complained I was told it happed because the next room was keeping the patio door open. This was corrected in part. I...

"We got there about 4:45. There had been an incident on the 14 th Avenue bridge so it took us an hour to go 10 minutes. Shanell (I hope that’s how to spell her name) she was very nice. Unfortunately, it took till 6:20 to get into our room. Not real happy about that. Everything else was great."
