"I was in town for a wedding and this was the closest place for us to stay. I called and explained we could use extra time to get ready so they made sure our room was clean so we could check in early. Not many places would do that!"

"Since moving to FL 50+ years ago I have always missed fall in PA with all the beautiful colors of fall leaves. This was the perfect week for time in the country this year. The drive in from the expressway was a long winding road past the most outstanding colors we have seen in a long time. It is definitely in the country but close enough to restaurants, shopping not to be an inconvenience. I am also handicapped and other than the three rock steps to navigate to enter the home it was so very easy to get around the house. It is very open and wheelchair or walker friendly. We had our 2 yr old great granddaughter with us and they had a large toy box with toys and books she loved. the 3 bedrooms were perfect for us. The living area was very open with two sofas with recliners on both ends and a large comfy chair. We have a lot of family in PA so had a double family get together. The Sat.at the house we had half the family at 1pm and the second half at 4pm. The back yard is perfect the groups we had which were about 20 people each group and that allowed enough room for parking. The little creek behind the house and the bridge over to a large back yard was great for my nieces and nephews from age 1 year old to 16 years old. They have chairs on the deck but they also have folding chairs for the deck and with family milling around in and out, some watching football games and others just talking and catching up it was a wonderful day. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. The property owners addressed it and it didn’t happen again. 2) on day two of a two week stay, we heard a critter(s) in the ceiling above the kitchen. The property owner came over, found the entry point, and thanked us for reporting it as the previous renters did not. However, they were unable to rid the peat(s) until the day before our checkout. Communication with the host was great, just hard to get a solid night rest with a suspected raccoon in the rafters. "

"Nice quiet neighborhood and building. Nice natural light coming through the windows. Comfortable bed, nice big bathroom and shower. Unit has just about everything you can think of to make your stay easy (hair dryer, eye glass cleaner, kitchen supplies and electric burner). Living room area is nice and the whole place is spacious. Furniture and everything looks new and welcoming. Nice colors and decor. Host was very responsive by text message before and during our trip, including to share the WiFi password which I couldn't find anywhere in the unit. I appreciated the early check-in and late check-out that was available as well. I'd be happy to stay here again when in town."

"The description makes it seem like a duplex type property, it is in fact an assisted living facility. Lots of stairs, but they did have access to an elevator. The apartment was beautiful, and the bathroom was stocked. Location was great!! It was in a good neighborhood, out of the way, but close to town. Overall it was a nice stay. "
