"Ski Roost has a wonderful view from the deck and is equipped with little touches that make for a wonderful stay. There were some yard games and sharpies to decorate rocks on the deck, the retro arcade game was a huge hit with the kids and adults, and the deck fire pit gave warmth while we took in the view in the morning and evening. "This quaint, small cabin was exactly what my husband & I hoped for on our year-end vacation. It was quiet & perfect for thr two of us! The bed is FIRM so be prepared for that. Its great for those with back issues. Situated just 25min frim downtown Boone & 45min from Bammer Elk, we found it situated just far enough from where we wanted to venture out to dine.
