"Everything was good with house. There is a train that passed by at 3:30 AM and blew its whistle 3 times pretty loud."

"Our home in the area is just too small for our family to gather comfortably. This vacation rental was just right for all of our family to come and have a roomy and cozy place to gather. Our hostess, Nicole was very helpful in taking care of an issue. A very good experience!"

"The location on the Snake River is incredible and we had an amazing time with our 3 teenage children and our parents. We enjoyed the TV area, deck, boat launch, and fire pit. The owners were prompt to respond with questions. Three things made this trip 4 instead of 5 stars. "The cottage is a super cute restored farm house. To see the history in this cottage is superb. The kitchen is well stocked and was extremely impressed with all the spices available! We didn't care for the AI property manager responses but the owners live right next door and are so super sweet! There was 7 of us and we had plenty of room. "

"We had everything we needed to entertain kids and to work while we were there for a week. Beds were comfortable, bedding is ample with extra blankets, a nice patio and great fenced in yard for the kids. We'll definitely be back."

"Location and view at this property was spectacular. The property was a little dirty but not terrible. Perhaps they don't clean prior to each new renter if it has been a while. There were cobwebs in a few places, the ceiling fans were very dirty and there was expired food in the cupboards. Hot Tub was clean but not hot, they were quick to respond and have it heated. "It was so nice to be in a place big enough for our whole family, where we could all be together for 3 1/2 days!!! The area was also very beautiful! The rooms were plenty big for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen was well supplied and she even had a Christmas tree put up just for us to enjoy the spirit. "
