"I was really hoping I would get a room with a view of the river, but I wasn't sure how to assure that with a booking through Expedia. However, when I checked in, the customer service attendant thought of that all on her own and made sure our room had a window facing the river, even changing it for us. I was impressed and grateful for the initiative and insight. The breakfast was wonderful as well. This was a great night's stay. Thank you, Hampton Hilton Burley!"
