"This was the perfect spot for a gathering that included family ages 14 to 75. The kitchen allowed for cooking and socializing without feeling crowded and the game room was great fun for all! Back yard fire table allowed us to sit outside on a cool evening and every area of the home felt spacious - inside and out. "The property is beautiful, location was perfect for visiting our daughter at UNT and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed family time and s’mores around the fire pit. Traffic on US-287 was rather noisy but so constant that you don't really even notice it after a short period of time. This was a very relaxing and peaceful location for me.
