"Very nice clean and modern rooms. The breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice. We had a nice view of the river from our room and the hotel is a walkable distance to the old town. Overall it was a great stay and I would return. "

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel is a clever combination of modern and historic. They offer a free guided tour of the Roman ruins dispovered when the hotel was build. They are well preserved and quite impressive. The staff is absolutely amazing - very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. "This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The location is quite private and keeps the area quiet and peaceful at night. As someone who drove, it was great that I could reserve parking ahead of time. It’s about a 3 minute walk from the amphitheater and 10 from Kapana. "Sweet little hotel in the middle of the pedestrian zone of old Plovdiv. A refurbushed house, it has quirks but also modern amenities like AC, lovely bath, etc. The welcome from the staff was great; having guest names written on little chalkboards to welcome us is a cute touch. Das Haus liegt (noch) schön allein, es ist für bulgarische Verhältnisse top. Etwas mehr Kochgeschirr wäre wünschenswert. Veligrand-ghost town

"Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything"
