"I have been coming here for a few years and was saddened to see how it has gone downhill. Probably due to staffing constraints and budgets. All the staff were marvellous and friendly. My room which was a double, looked very tired and just needed a bit of maintenance to ensure that heater worked and that the lock on the door to the balcony was half hanging off.
