"Great location with easy access to the Dead Sea. The wait staff at the pool and dining area were top notch and working their butts off, but they were obviously understaffed. The rooms were a little outdated but clean. The restaurants were good, but again understaffed as we had to wait for two servers to take care of the entire dining room. Great spot for families, but it didn’t have all the luxuries that I expect from a 5 star hotel. "

"It's an excellent clean place. Great customer service. You will get more than you expect. very accommodating. Ibrahem at the front desk was helpful. The restaurant manager also was great and welcoming. I highly recommend it. "

You probably will never experience a personalized and a customized experience Like this. They go above and beyond and truly make you feel like you are a VIP guest there.
