The room is great they are all new but staff needs trainings, all the utensils we had in our room was unusable like if some one didnt clean it after it has been used, not good at all. "Our stay at sea gate was just amazing, I think anyone with a family should stay here and avoid staying at hotels , you get the luxury of a five star hotel but the feeling of being home , everything you need is available to accommodate you and your family for an amazing time . The place is very clean and the view down to the Dead Sea is amazing. You also have your private heated pool the overlooks the Dead Sea. This place is just amazing all around , also let’s not forget the staff who work there...

"The room was big and quite comfortable with a big comfortable bed with bed sheets, and 2 sofas, small table and refrigerator. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, the furniture were old and used. The kettle did not work, there was no mirror in the bathroom. Hotel is far from the sea, and main road and located in the lonely place. No regular parking near hotel. The air conditioning had a fault and the temperature could not be adjusted. We spent there 1 night, so we could turn a blind eye...

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...

"Stayed here for 2 night during our trip in Jordan (on a Monday and on a Friday). Hotel is very well located just a few steps from St George’s Church where the great mosaic is.
