Hike the trails with your furry friends (dogs are welcome at the condo!) or head out your door to the Bow River for a little fly fishing. You're just steps from the Bow Valley Wildlife Corridor, where you can view undisturbed wildlife in a natural setting.

Our peaceful space is perfect for a family or pair of couples looking to unplug and wind down. On cool evenings, gather on the living room sofa and warm up in front of the stone-hearth electric fireplace. Or treat the kids to a family movie night on the flat screen TV. Later, slip out to the private balcony to relax at the two-person table and sip a glass of wine at sunset.

We stayed at the copperstone resort recently on a vacation to Banff, Yoho, and Kootenay national parks. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The parking was secure in a locked garage. We used the large hot tub. It's convient to both Banff and Kootenay parks. I would consider staying here again.

Excellent location for a quick trip to the mountains. Loved that this unit is on the first floor - really convenient as we had our dog with us. So nice to be able to wake up right in the mountains and explore the trails.

Great condo!
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated that there were two bedrooms for plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the trails by the river for walks after dinner. It was a very peaceful place to return to after long days out exploring the beautiful area!

Nice property, listing is very accurate. Kitchen is well supplied with utensils/pots/pans etc. We were out most days so the construction didn’t bother us too much. Would book again!!

The condo is very clean with nice furnishings. Check in was not as smooth as it could have been. The upstairs occupants were nonstop thumping around starting very early and went until 11 pm. This is out of Cathy’s control, but made for early morning starts. I would consider staying again if we knew if the upstairs occupants are not permanent residences.

Great location for exploring national park. Host Kathy was helpful and reached out to make sure all was good. As noted from previous guests there is construction happening in area and dining options are limited in Dead Man’s Flat. We were aware of that so no surprises. Canmore was a short drive. My family didn’t spend much time at the Condo as we were out sightseeing and hiking etc until dark. We would stay at this property again.

Dead Man’s Flat Condo
Our family had a great experience staying in Copperstone. The condo was clean and it was well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was quiet, the treed area is close to the Bow River. We enjoyed walking the trails just outside our door. The owner Cathy was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Convenient, quiet, amazing!
Arrived late Monday night, which made the underground parking and check in very painless. This place is just outside Canmore so you avoid all the business that Banff brings. Quick drive to all the cool spots. Condo was very clean and organized. Owner is very responsive when needed to answer questions. Definitely going to try to come back here one day!

Great Vacation Home
Very clean and quiet condo. The owner provides pretty much everything. So just relax and enjoy your visit to the National Parks. There is a mountain view from the balcony, even the building is behind the gas station. One thing I would like to share is that there is a short, 5-minute walk through the woods to the Bow River bank. Wonderful view and very private!

Not only did the property have excellent access to Canmore and Banff, it was both clean and comfy.
The property made it so easy for our group to tavel around the Canmore and Banff area. It was nice to have a quick trip to Sunshine early in the morning (really early if you want parking spot) so that we could easily enjoy a day if skiing. The condo had a nice kitchen set up and plenty of space for a group of 4. There are also some nice walking trails rough out the balcony so you don't have to do more than step of the porch to begin exploring the Canadian Rockies.

Well Equipped Rocky Mountain Retreat
We enjoyed our stay at Copperstone Resort! The condo was very clean and comfortable. My husband and I both have bad backs and we both found the bed quite comfortable. The condo is quite well equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils etc for a vacation rental. This was our first time staying at Deadman's Flats, we found it quite relaxing and quiet. The only drawback is the extremely slow wifi, but maybe that's not a bad thing.

The bedrooms were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after our daily adventures.
