"My family loved this house and location close to my snowbird parents. We fished, explored, had bon fires, and had plenty of room for everyone in the house. 7 of us for dinner comfortably. 5 adults stayed in the house. Ages 19-54. Owner provided wood for fires, kayaks, hot tub. We spent New Years week here. So perfect. Beautiful sunsets! "

It was perfect for the holiday to visit family but also be able to work when needed. Outside was beautiful too and the perfect space for dog walking and our adventurous 5 year old! "Stayed here for a High School fishing tournament out of Palatka City Dock. 15 minutes from the dock, plenty of room in the driveway for vehicles and boats. Fred was extremely responsive and checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything. We will definitely be back!"

"The house was spotless and the property so beautiful! We saw horses, armadillos, a gator, a gopher tortoise, and many birds and butterflies. Plus, several of the flowering trees were in bloom! The gameroom was a hit - we would definitely stay there again!"

"Very relaxing, quiet and peaceful month spent at the cabin. Our 2 Labs loved the yard. We could open the door and allow them outside to chase the lizards and squirrels. They were safe in the fenced yard and we appreciate being allowed the entire run of the property. We enjoyed the canoes and kayaks. We saw an otter in the lake and a pair of nesting Sandhills cranes-nature at its finest! We might suggest replacing the outside cushions!"

"Our family enjoyed staying in this cabin - so close to the Lodge, swimming pools and playground. Even with all of the activity is was quiet and restful. The kitchen was well supplied, comfortable beds and bedding...plus extra towels for the pool! LOVE the large TV screen! We will be back next year!"

Also, she made us feel very special leaving a card and some goodies because of our 14th Anniversary. It was very clean and organized and it was really above our expectations. "We stayed at the Venice and this was the best home to stay at. Had the best view of the Lake and sits right over the common area. The property manager provided us access to the paddleboards and kayaks as well as the community grille and fire pit. Great location for quiet time with easy access to the interstate. Far enough away where you don't hear it either! Really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!"
