***OUR HAPPY PLACE!!!*** Enjoy the sunrises on the Atlantic Ocean while you sip your coffee and listen to the waves from this 11th floor unit that will keep you wanting to stay forever! Extra love and care have been put in to this well-appointed studio, boasting a King-size, SUPER COMFY bed with a leather sleeper sofa for the kiddos or just to enjoy the evening sunset! Truly a resort, the 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool with hot tub and precious kiddie pool with mushroom waterfalls will keep you cool while the ocean breeze lulls you to sleep by the AWESOME TIKI BAR AND Reflections RESTAURANT ( you gotta try their burgers! They're off the charts delicious!). The kids will LOVE the arcade and the workout enthusiasts have a fitness room right off the main pool area! Something for everyone!

Planning a business trip? Need a conference room? Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center is the perfect spot! Caribbean Jack's on the bay is a super cool place with "swinging" tables, great music and a Banana's Foster that should ALWAYS be put on top of their salted caramel cheesecake!

Perfect couples get away
This studio was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing anniversary get away. Right on the beach and stores are close by too. Would definitely stay here again.

First VRBO STAY
We were so happy with our stay!! Everything as pictured and so relaxing!! Great location!!! The bed was super comfortable and one of my favorites was the shower:-)) Loved it and the hand held shower head was amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back 🌴🌴🌴

Nice place for a good price!
The unit had everything we needed to enjoy a stay at the beach. Our host was great and easy to reach out to when needed. The bed was super comfy and unit was well maintained. Overall a great experience.

The property was exactly as pictured. The place was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable and the huge shower was outstanding. The kitchen was enough for simple meals, I cooked several times. The owner, Melodie was an absolute sweetheart to deal with. All the staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our fishing trip
Communication with Melodie the property owner was good from beginning to end of our stay. We came down for 3 nights for a fishing trip and the 1 bedroom studio was perfect for our stay. TV was big, bathroom / shower was very nice and everything was as described. I’d definitely rent again for a short trip to Daytona Beach.

We had great time during are stay and we have no complaints about the condo itself. Unfortunately there was no pool no tiki bar no outside use of any kind so that was disappointing. The host were very nice and accommodating however I would def recommend this condo.

Another great stay
Back for a second stay. The unit was spotless and comfortable just as last time. Didn’t interact with Melody other than check in as I was familiar. One nice addition is just North the Beach Bucket has re-opened and I was able to walk up the beach and get a great Oceanside breakfast. My only disappointment was the unit has already been rented out for my next trip to Daytona

Beautiful condo close to Loon
Beautifully finished condo just a few minutes drive to Loon Mountain and being a third-floor unit, we had a great view of Loon as well. After skiing, we enjoyed the sports club, which has an indoor pool and hot tub. We went to the ice castles, which was a short drive from our rental. The host was very accommodating, quickly answered any questions we had along with some local recommendations. I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back!

Great room!!
I have nothing but great things to say about the room! It was clean and comfortable! However the elevator and parking situation was less than ideal,. There was only one operational elevator for our whole stay. People without parking permits taking all the available spots on Friday and Saturday night so we had to park across the street!

Weekend getaway
Room pictures are very nice and accurate however the property is going through quite an overhaul. Didn’t have access to the beach from the property the pool is not open. I understand that maybe I should have looked into that. But I feel maybe I could have been told that. The owner is very nice and accommodating. However there are other locations that offer cheaper rates since many of the facilities are closed. I will say the room is spotless and decorated very nicely. If you are looking for a well maintained place this is the best. The beach outside the facility is beautiful. Muck calmer at this area and more family oriented. Again the owner are amazing.

Nice Condo Unit
This unit has been updated floor to ceiling and done in very good taste. This building is quiet in the off season which was a welcome reprieve from life in Atlanta. Great communication with the owner of the condo and a lovely person. Super clean condo. I had everything I needed to recharge and refresh my brain. Convenient location with Publix across the street along with various shops. The pool deck was closed and is under renovation due to hurricane damage from 2022, therefore, access to the beach was not convenient. Overall, I'd stay there again after the renovations to the building are completed.

Disappointed but a nice unit
When we checked in the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest so we had to spend our first night in a different unit. The unit is nice and as described and pictured the only thing that would be nice is if there was a place for hanging garments as the closet is locked. The amenities of the building itself are non existent everything was closed for repairs which was disappointing.

Beautiful and comfortable Beach Spot
This is one of the cleanest most comfortable places I have stayed in Daytona Beach. You can see the sunrise and sunset from the room. The couch and bed are comfortable. The decor is fresh, and the place was spotless. I didn't use the kitchen for anything other than making coffee, toast and instant oatmeal, but everything worked. Yes, it's a bit of a shame that the hurricanes damaged building, however you really don't miss it. The beach is right there, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. Parking was not an issue, when I got back late saturday night the lot was full, however there was ample street parking right across A1A. All communication was prompt and polite. Absolutely no issues. I will be back, thank you!

Quick Getaway
The condo is updated but the rest of the Daytona Beach Resort is not. We had trouble checking in as we never received the room code the day of check in and waited close to an hour for the owner to respond, the front desk was no help at all. The condo can use a few amenities like a place to hang your clothes and an ironing board. The pool area was damaged by the hurricane and no indication that it will be repaired in the near future. It served its purpose but I would not stay here again.

Overall a great stay
I know the managers are new, but the check in and check out processes were never uploaded onto VRBO. I had to message the host to gain the access code for the door and we weren't left instructions for obtaining passes for the property. Also, there was a cockroach that appeared on our last night. That being said, the room was very clean and it's in a large resort, so the issue is likely within the resort as a whole. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and the bathroom and shower were really clean. The balcony isn't one you can sit on, only standing room, but you can see the ocean and the sunset!

Very clean and comfortable but property management not good!
The unit was awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in at the property was the worse we ever experienced. Cars parked blocking check in lane, no enough parking once checked in. We were not told about the difficulty of parking (parking garage was closed) and would not have known where to park if we had not overheard a conversation in the lobby. At check in we were treated like second class - no explanation about the security key or parking. Although we did not have the access code from the owner when we checked in, the owner responded quickly when we contacted them.

Quiet Place
Overall, the place was fine. It was a little smaller than I expected, and I thought that the balcony would be useable. Balcony is not really a balcony as there is only enough room to take a step out of the room. It appears that the unit is just a hotel room that has been renovated. Also, there is no closet. The hosts were very kind, and the place served our need well.
