Good place - just pay attention to exra fees. Was still a good deal for a place to be at the beach.
Don't just look at the nightly price but pay attention to the bottom line. It was still a good place to enjoy the beach. Pool and deck are being reconstructed so it is a very quiet condo and a quiet part of the beach.

Comfortable yet Needs Attention to Details
Four adults stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner's fan seemed to run 100% of the time we were there, but it kept us cool. We utilized the shops across the street to purchase groceries and toiletries. The listing stated that linens, towels, toiletries, dishware, cups, etc. would be included. Upon check-in we had 3 bath towels, 0 washcloths, 0 beach towels, 0 extra bed linens, 3 coffee mugs, 0 glasses, a few plates, 0 soap/shampoo/conditioner, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. I texted the contact per instructions to obtain more towels, and after several days we finally received a large trash bag with mismatched bath and beach towels, kitchen rags, and washcloths. They smelled as if they were stored in a room or car with someone who smoked. We took our sheets to a local laundromat to be washed after week 1 since no sheets were included in the bag. We also could not get the internet/wifi to work; so, no TV. The overall resort is fairly run down. We expected no amenities due to the hurricane a few years ago, but we learned that the owner of the resort is refusing to repair the amenities and there is a lawsuit underway. We were concerned with the elevators since only 1 seemed to be running, and its certificate was expiring the day after we checked out. No idea if a new certificate was issued. Would we stay here again? Maybe, for a lower price and with enough supplies for # of guests. . We received 3 to

I had a wonderful time, we loved the super comfortable room, everything was spectacular, we enjoyed every day we were there from 05/24/24 to 05/27/24 and if I had the opportunity I would come back again. Thank you very much 🙏

Daytona Beach Resort
It was clean but the white towels were a bit dingy. Only left us 3 bath towels for the whole 4 days. One pool was completely broken down and the way to the beach so you have to take a public access which was quiet a walk. There was no parking pass. I was worried I would get towed. It was ok for what I paid but I’d probably pay more for something a little better.
