"Very peaceful place with great sun sets & night skies; outdoor space is fantastic, even in the winter but indoors is a bit tight for 12 people & 3 dogs (2 bedrooms are tiny; 1 bedroom is next to oil tank w/o windows so not ideal hangouts; dining table is small requiring eating in shifts; plus hot water runs out after 1-2 showers and iron sediments may appear in the water!). If you don’t mind these nuisances (we didn’t) it’s an amazing place to spend time together … can highly recommend it! "

I would love to stay there during the summer to enjoy the closeness to the beach. We picked the coldest week but the house was nice and toasty. The gas fireplace added a nice touch. "

"The picture on VRBO leads you to believe you just go down the pathway shown to get to the beach when you are actually in a neighborhood and have to walk down the street to get to the beach. The house was very clean and both beds were very comfortable. The host was very fast to respond to my messages. Needs clean shower liner. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This cozy ranch is five minutes drive from the public beaches of Wells. We were a family of five adults with one aged grandmother who appreciated the walk in shower with seating and the ramp from parking to the front door. The beds were all sleep number but the remote controls were missing, the sunny kitchen had plenty of pans / utensils but was missing detergent and garbage liners - had we know we would have added those to our initial shopping List. "We do an annual Christmas shopping weekend and this year decided to try Kennebunkport. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. It was very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to local restaurants. The only issue we had was the kitchen wasn’t well equipped if you like to cook. There were no large pots, or cooking utensils but we were able to make it work. We loved the house and are hoping to go back in warmer weather."
