"First the jacuzzi in the room didn't work so we had to switch rooms then they woke us up at 9:30 am when checkout wasn't until11 to see if we had checked out. Then I left some things behind instead of putting them in the lost and found I was told they got thrown away someone in Management needs to reach out to me because this is ridiculous "
