"Great room (we had the loft family room). Nothing spectacular about the place but very clean and owner is welcoming and friendly. Easy to walk down to the local breakfast joints. We enjoyed our stay. "

"The only reason I marked staff and service with a 4/5 was because there is no reception. I travelled with my Mum. It's all online. That was fine for me, but if my Mum was on her own it would have been an issue. Excellent place to stay and would definitely stay again. "

"The property was in a relatively quite location with only distant and faint traffic sounds. The magpies were in good voice. The spa was a welcome inclusion to help relax tired muscles. There wer no negatives from our perspective. Thank you to our hosts, we enjoyed our stay."

"Absolutely everything you need is provided, and is of high quality. The kitchen/dining/living area comfortably seated our group of 8, and would comfortably cater for 10. We did not use the bedroom above bedroom 4, which is located outside the main building, but close to the back door which is where parking and key-pad is located along with a key box for bedroom 4 key and front door key.One of our group has limited mobility. One bedroom is configured to cater for this; but all rooms are suitable for people of limited mobility. The courtyard at the back door (entrance) has a gas BBQ which we used.There is a garden adjacent to the car park area. Guests are encouraged to collect and use whatever is available. We took advantage of the abundance of various tomatoes, along with basil a thyme. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Royal Standard Farm Daylesford to other groups."

"Great place, beautiful setting, with the edge of the bush around you it’s very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with enough crockery and cutlery for family of five. BBQ was easy to use, and ample seating and dining space.Great for Easter Sunday lunch.Bedrooms roomy, bathroom was clean, extra toilet seperate to bathroom came in handy with five adults staying. Just need a bit more water pressure in the shower, otherwise very comfortable holiday home for 5 night stay. "
