"Owner/property manager was very attentive and responsive. The cabin was perfect, we were there for a wedding at Pennyrile Lodge, the bride and groom stayed at one of your other cabins and it was also super cute. I get we should have had the wedding at 3 oaks instead ♥️ I love your concept!"

"This house was everything we were looking for as a family! The house was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed in it to make meals if we didn't want to drive into Cadiz for a meal. Hosts were amazing to work with and answered all of our questions. The marina down the road had everything we needed to get out on the water and have some fun. Overall, perfect place to go and we will be back for sure!"

"This place was great for hosting my family reunion. David was very responsible. I hope the WiFi can be fixed as it was unreliable. I noticed there was a mesh network but that wasn’t set up. Other than that, the place was perfect!"

"Great house and lake view. Everything is as pictured and described. The lake was not crowded at all and there was plenty of space to boat around and have fun. There are a couple of small beach options within a short boat ride. The marina resort beach, however, was closed until July 8 which we did not know until driving up and seeing signs (local agency was testing the water after a recent severe storm). We went to Captain Jim's Grill a couple of times by boat which was cool. Food was decent but...

"Beautiful and spacious cabin which included many amenities. If your concerned about climbing many stairs to the covered boat dock, don’t be. The boat dock is only approximately 100’ from the cabin. The nearest boat ramp is maybe 5 minutes away and the ramp can be seen from the cabin. Many good restaurants in the area along with some great antique stores. Nashville is only an hour and a half away as well!"

"We drug our feet planning our anniversary weekend getaway - waiting so much until the last minute that nothing was showing available. I sent Ches & Spring a message asking if they had anything else available and unbeknownst to me, the Ponderosa guesthouse was still available. They took extra steps to make sure that we were able to check in Friday and stay through Sunday. The main cabin is beautiful, but the little guesthouse was so charming!
