I booked a room from Oct 29th to Nov 3rd because of my grandfather's death. I only stayed 3 nights & was in a different room each night until I checked out Nov. 1st. The 1st room(420) the water wasn't draining out of the tub. I was told it would be looked at that morning while i was away to come back that night to find water still in the tub... So i was moved to room 414 where the TV wasn't working properly & the bathroom light was going out. After going to the front desk to complain about 414 i was told to unplug the TV in 414 & that maintenance fixed 420 & i could check if i liked. Water was still in 420 a day later & unplugging the tv as requested didn't resolve the issue in 414. So after all of this i ended up in 416 my last night. I checked out the next day around 9am, manager wasn't present so i was told to leave my information... 5 days later i still haven't received a receipt as requested & my account is showing 5 nights charged even though i only stayed 3 nights & all the issues. I called the hotel today Nov 6th to be met with aggression after asking to speak with the manager just to be told the manager wasn't there & call back tomorrow after explaining why i requested the manager in the first place. I've stayed at this hotel numerous of times & never had issues i don't know if its different ownership/management but it is not the same feeling as past experiences.
