Welcome to our hidden gem of Urban Nest Studios by Sweet Digs. We've transformed an old space into a stylish and contemporary haven. Though the initial arrival may evoke a haunted house movie, with two former hotels on the lot, the locked and secure old Future Inn will soon undergo redevelopment. However, we've revitalized the front building, offering tastefully renovated units that ensure your comfort and delight.

The Space:
The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. Please note that there is no full kitchen.

For home office requirements, the studio is furnished with a desk and fast WiFi.

Alternatively, kick off your shoes, relax on our comfy Queen size bed and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV in your unit.

WiFi is included in the rate.

The building is a former hotel, but it’s neither operated nor staffed as a hotel. We built individual modern studios with self-check-in. Our team is readily available by email or text message to assist you during your stay.

For those seeking natural beauty, the stunning Albro Lake area is just a short walk from the hotel, allowing you to enjoy the serene surroundings and take in the tranquil ambiance.

For your comfort, we have installed a state-of-the-art camera system.

PARKING:
In Halifax area, parking availability is limited. To efficiently manage the small number of parking spots available and enhance our guests' experience, we've collaborated with the parking operator, 'Honk.' Guests can conveniently select their desired parking duration and make payments by scanning the QR code displayed on the parking sign or with the provided link. Please make sure to register your vehicle to prevent any potential tickets from parking enforcers.
- The guest can arrive any time and purchase the nightly rate for $10, valid until 11:00 am.
- The guest will be notified before 11:00 am to extend parking.

Overall VERY clean and well portrayed, good utilities. Only real complaint is a lack of proper planning/communication with management upon checking in; was a delay in receiving a key for building as miscommunication between management team and then myself. One evening (stayed 3 total) had NO warm water and multiple guests were obnoxious at different points in early morning. But otherwise pleasant stay
