"1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

"The town of Wustrow itself does not have too much to offer other than a good beach. However, this hotel is really something special . The food on offer is superb and the breakfast selection is exceptional. Of the five hotels visited during our trip this one was absolutely top notch in the food stakes. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Balconies are looking a little tired .The friendliness of the staff at this hotel was also very commendable "

"I went to this hotel April 2014 excellent service, great location next to nature (forest and Beach) !! Rooms are some how small but very comfortable and full of amenities, however…. too many activities are offer so don't spend time in the room!"

"Haus Windhook - Holiday Home Seeblick 2: Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee. Einzig die Mücken waren etwas nervig. An den meisten Fenstern waren Fliegengitter angebracht, an der Terrassentür jedoch nicht. Frühstücksbuffet hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung bietne können - hätte mir noch etwas Gemüse und regionale Fischspezialitäten gewünscht. Rührei gibt's auf Anfrage - wurde uns allerdings zu spät gesagt. Daumen hoch, gern wieder!"

"This was our first visit to this part of Germany and everything about the holiday was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and to be able to cycle so much to explore the countryside and small villages made it special. "A truly outstanding property, certainly one of the best along the Baltic coast. Nice that it is medium-sized, with very friendly staff that we soon got to know more closely. It is located right by the beach and with high standards throughout, without being too ritzy. AWESOME cakes at their restaurant! And great they have an electric vehicle charger (for a fee). It's Adults only though."

"Insgesamt nette Ferienwohnungen, die uns gut gefallen hat, allerdings in einer etwas grösseren - aber ruhigen -Anlage. Die FeWos sind gut ausgestattet und alles ist in gutem Zustand. "Beautiful historic building in great condition. The hotel manager called us ahead of time to check on our ETA, and provided us with instructions for our check in after hours. The hotel has its own parking area within own premises. The room was very nice, clean and with a roomy bathroom. The breakfast was served in an expansive glass room, and there was a good selection of quality food."
