"Very clean, well appointed. I did not use any amenities and do not know if I could have gotten coffee or a soda. There was a bar near the elevators. As a pet owner, I appreciated the fact it was dog friendly although my dogs stayed home. A few issues I had: the bed was I believe memory foam and it was a little uncomfortable. I did turn a lot. It felt as though there was a lump in my side which seemed to follow me to the other side of the bed. Also I could not figure out how to close the shade. The cords seemed stuck. And the room was cold. I turned the heat up but it did not substantially alter the temp. I live near wind swept beaches of Cape Cod so I like cold rooms but this didn't seem to warm up much. However, I definitely would stay again. "

"The hotel is in the downtown area conveniently located and within walking distance of the mall and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the parking lot big and private. The hotel is old and in need of renovation but is clean and comfortable."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and never been disappointed. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable. The only issue I had this time was, we asked for later check out (12:00) and housekeeping came knocking on our door and tried to enter at 9:30 am. 😕 They should know if people have checked out yet before coming to clean the room. "
