Our visit was great. We felt very secluded in nature which was exactly what we wanted. Upon our arrival there were many high end products left for us. A great bottle of wine, a beautiful charcuterie tray, logo cups, logo coozies and an awesome hat that me and the hubby fought over. There was also honey made from right there on the property. In the freezer were two extra bags of ice. All of the very thoughtful gifts were an added bonus! Not to mention the hand written note wishing my husband and I a happy birthday. Great personal touches throughout. The grounds are beautiful. I would def stay at Emma's again.
The only negative thing that we experienced was how aweful the water smelled after we took showers. It was pungent in there for a while. We lit a great candle that was left for us. The drinking water out of fridge tasted fine.
I know that ours was a relatively new build so maybe that's why the water was smelly. All in all a great retreat, ready to come back with the family.
