"Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage war top. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns allen von 10Jahre bis 43Jahren super gefallen. Es hat uns nix gefällt. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Wir durften die Ostsee mit Schnee und Eis erleben. Von außen muss noch einiges gemacht werden, aber das würde uns mitgeteilt. Und uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen."

"Der Aufenthalt war gut das Storchennest war zwar nicht mehr bewohnt aber es kamen trotzdem ab und zu mal ein oder zwei Störche zu Besuch ."

Bei unserer Ankunft bemerkten wir sofort ein Baugerüst, was etwas enttäuschend war, da wir uns auf Ruhe und Entspannung gefreut hatten. Die Arbeiter waren dann aber so nett und haben es abgebaut und ihre Arbeit eingestellt.Zudem war das Haus in einem Zustand, der eine Grundreinigung dringend nötig hatte. Es waren überall Spinnenweben und Staub in den Ecken sodass der eindruck entstand das schon...

"Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Appartement war wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung sehr stilvoll. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht und hatten alles was man für eine Selbstversorgung benötigte. Super👍 Auch der Wellnessbereich zwar klein aber zum entspannen völlig ausreichend. Nice spa hotel with good breakfast.

"Most of the elements of our stay were great. The room was quite nice, with great wi-fi, TV, etc. It had a fridge, though a small one. The batroom as nice and clean. We had a nice balcony with chairs, facing the wooded area. Cafes and restaurants were quite nice. The buffet breakfast was really great. The spa area were nice as well. "

"Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more for the price I have paid."

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "

"Beautifully located hotel, close to the beach (a few minutes), with very friendly service and a nicely renovated lobby and reception area. The rooms however are quite old and need renovation, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bath room also old. You can almost feel the old times in the corridors... However the nice service and rather good breakfast make up for it. "
