"I arrived at this 'Hotel' and promptly discovered there was confusion at my booking. I showed my receipts and eventually my booking was confirmed. I was also made to pay an amount of 'tax', which had to be paid in cash. I asked why was this not made clear when I made the booking-no answer given. My booking stated a complimentary breakfast was included with the tariff however at the hotel I was told that I had to pay for breakfast...??? The hotel was dirty: dirty linen, dirty towels, lights with...

"Stay away from place, its very noisy and dangerous late at night"

"The room was dark, no towel, no soap and the water became available 3 hrs later but it was cold. The lady at the front desk was nice and gave free breakfast"

"Receptionist made me pay for breakfast though my booking is for B&B. Two of the desk staff have attitude and very rude. They also talk about the guests at their back in arabic....assuming no one can understand. They also chagred my stay on my card though it was paid online at the end they refunded the amount in cash..."

"This is more like a 1 star hotel. Rooms are dark and old. Bathroom is tiny and has black mold on tiles. 4-star hotel did not have a hair dryer!!!!! Rooms are noisy from the street traffic."
