"Very clean. Sink is outside the bathroom which is very inconvenient for hand washing after using the toilet. Iron is available from reception but reception has very few working hours so it's best to bring your own or ensure you request it on time when reception is open. "

"The property had everything although breakfast was expensive. Their lobby had 24/7 different coffees & tea, self serve. Transportation was very very convenient. Although some of the stations had different names like Wien HBF is also Hauptbahnhof station, & some other names. Know your station SONNERGASSE."

"We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy as was check out. We left our bags for a couple of hours whilst we enjoyed our last day in Vienna. The room was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Salt,pepper, coffee pods and teabags. The locations is steps away from the metro and not far from grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. We stayed with our two children and it was perfect. "The hotel is steps away from the main train station, which is very valuable when travelling by train through Europe. It is also very convenient for trams and subway. Add to that that the hotel is high end and at a good price and this is a bargain."

Last minute saviour!

"This was a last minute booking after the awful fire that caused Heathrow airport to close down. Our original venue was Vienna so we made some last-minute plans to spend the weekend with friends in London and booked this hotel.. the hotel has a wonderful location close by to many tube stations. The hotel rooms were very large, very well equipped, very clean. Quality of the decor and finishes was very high end. You honestly could not ask for more. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. "
