"We were visiting from Texas, California, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Central Vermont for the marathon. This house was a great location convenient to the start/finish line and the course itself. It was an easy trip to Burlington and there were enough local eateries to feed us all. The house was as described with gorgeous views of Lake Champlain. Would definitely return for more relaxation and less running!"

"Overall a nice place on the water. Beautiful view ! House is bright and open. Somewhat outdated and could use an update to furniture and appliances. Dishwasher wasn’t attached to the counter and just pulled away when I opened the door. Microwave over the range was non-functional. Needed extra blankets as the included nlankets were paper thin. "

"My husband, I and our two granddaughters, ages 7 and 15, had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay. Very comfortable accommodations, spectacular view and location right on Lake Champlain. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was comfortable, secluded, peaceful, charming and nice and simple. Totally chilled out and relaxed in the pleasant and beautiful lakeside retreat. Did some kayaking and swimming...Had a bonfire.. Did some site seeing...Don't miss Ausable Chasm and Texas Red Hots (2miles north). The owners, were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Grounds were clean. Brought our dog, Zoey and she enjoyed it too. The getaway we needed. Thank you"
