"Hard to rate, had unusual circumstances. Arrived late, had hard time getting in door. Code was right but lock wouldn’t engage & open up. After 20 attempts, it magically worked. "The property grounds and facilities were well kept and beautiful. They definitely need to provide more accommodations for parking. It is a great place to take families, however they should designate certain buildings for families and another building for those without children. We heard loud screams from children during the nighttime and early morning hours. "

"The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!"

"We loved our stay here. The resort is bright and inviting. Too many amenities to list. The pool area, and its indoor, outdoor and hot tub options, are amazing. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the bathrooms are spacious, and the showers are amazing. We even had a "fake" fireplace in our room. Beds were super comfortable. We also enjoyed our own private balcony while our little one was tucking into bed. The staff members are all so helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. Our only "complaint" is that this hotel does not offer free breakfast like the Margaritaville hotel in nearby Pigeon Forge. "
