"Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. A hotel worker finally saw that they were people waiting outside’s de the office and opened the door. No greeting or sorry for the wait. Basically was handed a key and go find your room. "The over all stay was nice' took a while for the water to get hot. The sink is VERY small. It is just big enough to was your hands.. The previous guest had not checked out at the time we arrived, and some miscommunication was delt with rather quickly and satisfactorily. Once we got into our room, the only issue i had was a security issue that i will not detail here out of respect and concern for future guests. I hope the Host will contact me directly to address these concerns.. "

The cabin is situated in a neighborhood with plenty of parking, easy access to the main attractions, and a gorgeous view of the mountains without having a to climb one in your car. Overall, I would book this cabin for my next stay in Pigeon Forge. "

"Beautiful property built in the hills of rural Gatlinburg with excellent service and conveniently located on route of the Free Trolly to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. "We loved this property. Everything was just as listed. Jerry at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our family of 9. They was plenty of space and everything was clean. Perfect location too. We walked from our place to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely book again!"
