"The hotel was as expected. Nothing fancy just good clean room! The desk clerk wanted all the information again that I had already provided on the web page. Makes no sense to preregister online, when they require you to fill out all the forms. It's supposed to save time at the check in! Probably a scam to get your information!"

"This was a family trip, my youngest son arrived in town almost 4 hours before we did. I called the hotel and asked if they could give my son a room and I will pay when I get there, which I’m sure Is against Policy. But he did. And I’m very grateful for that. Breakfast was grab and go stuff. Beds were comfy. Bathroom floor was broken tiles. "

"Poor customer service, the linen was stained and crumpled, bathtub and toilet bowl stained, shower curtain filthy. Not a single redeeming factor. Continental breakfast at 7 am was some dry cereal, no milk, no coffee. We were told “the kids were here this morning and ate it all”. We ended up going to a McDonald’s."
