"The room was good and spacious and the security system is very excellent. The shower head was a bit too tall and the bed needs mattress protectors because of possible contamination from previous users. The mattress was too hard. "It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Unable to check in at 3 as required. Messed around for over an hour. Given the code for my room and it was already taken. Mine was a large room with a double bed. I was given a substitute small room with single bed that squeaked everytime you moved. Stuff on the side for hot drinks but no kettle or mug. An utter shambles of a place in poor condition "

"The house was spotless and clean you have a front room if you don’t want to sit in your room and a kitchen to cook your own food and washing machine and tumble dryer this was all noticed before I got to my room which was again spotless and warm exactly what you want after being outside the staff are super friendly and are willing to help with anything they can "

"Cosy Bee was a really good place to stay. I enjoyed my time there."

"It was the front room of a townhouse converted to a bnb so there were no thrills. The bathroom was ensuite and had free wifi which was not secure but did the job if you’re using other security measures. There was no do not disturb tag for the door and I think someone entered my room while I was still asleep. "

Lovely staff in a lovely building

"Stayed for one night but paid for a fortnight's parking while we went on a cruise. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only slight issues were low shower pressure and steep stairs which were difficult for our elderly relatives."

Family break

"On check in we were ugraded which meant AC which was great as the room did get very warm. Room was large and bed was good. All the staff were very nice. We enjoyed the pool which was warm and kid friendly. Didn’t eat at hotel apart from Breakfast which was decent, but only buffet. Option for fresh eggs would have been nice. Nice area and short walk to Durley Chine beach. overall a great experience and would recommend and go back. "
