The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious three bedroom home, a stones throw from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach in Dalmeny, NSW. With two queen-sized bedrooms, a double-bunk room, a mezzanine level entertainment area plus a spacious kitchen, dining, living room and outdoor deck area downstairs, there is plenty of room to relax, take in the sea views and enjoy the sound of the waves on the beach. After swimming, the private hot outdoor shower is a joy. Inside there are two family bathrooms, one with a spa bath.

All linen and towels are included, so no need to fill the car with those. The house has a double garage, plus an additional parking bay for a small boat or jet-ski.

Ideally suited for a family or two couples, there is much to experience in the surrounding area. Enjoy a stroll or bicycle ride along the coastal pathway stretching from Dalmeny Main Beach around the headland, past Yabbara Beach and all the way along the coast to Narooma, enjoying the views of of spectacular beaches, headlands and Montague Island in the distance. There is a diverse selection of cafes, clubs, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more in the surrounding region including Bodalla, Tilba and Moruya. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, 4X4 driving in nearby National Parks and boat trips to Montague Island Marine Reserve are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes such as wake boarding, waterskiing and kayaking.

Great Family Holiday
Yabbarra Sands was the perfect place for the family to unwind. Being close to beach meant that everyday was relaxing and the Lauren and Malcolm were excellent hosts. The house was well stocked with all that we needed plus the supplied amentites (books, games and TV) made for the perfect place to relax. I highly recommend and we know we will be back.

Outstanding Beachfront Stay
The house is right across from a lovely beach and rockpool area. Very comfortable and extremely well stocked. The house has excellent privacy and is also opposite a path that runs all the way into Narooma for the long distance walkers and bike riders. The table tennis was great fun. The house is very clean, well designed and well maintained. It is highly recommended for all given the great location, comfort and cleanliness. We decided to book again for next year!

We had a lovely time celebrating my mums 60th birthday. The property was great, clean and so many amenities. Loved playing table tennis, and relaxing on the deck. Really enjoyed exploring the surrounding beaches, all so beautiful and serene. We saw wallabies, seals, dolphins and emus. Overall a fantastic stay and trip to remember!

Beautiful home and location
I booked this for my mother and sister who visited from England and I couldn’t have asked for a better house and location. It was the perfect home away from home with everything you could need and want. The beach is just across the road and Narooma is less than 10 minutes away. We took the kids around for a visit and they were easily entertained with the big TV and table tennis table. The owner was exceptional to deal with. Will definitely book again when friends come to visit. Thank you

Property in good order. Water pressure & water regulator in upstairs bathroom not in good working order. Upstairs toilet not flushing every time. Drains in both bathrooms are very slow. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Yabbara Sands. So easy to walk over to the beach or walk along track on the coast line. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable there. Lauren went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! We hope to be back another time and will definitely be recommending!

Amazing location and comfortable stay
What a beautiful location! The beaches were amazing and only a stroll away. We loved the cycle path - very scenic and we rode all the way to Narooma. The ping pong table offered some entertainment during the wet weather. Beds were comfortable and it was lovely listening to the birds and watching the waves from the upstairs room. The shower in the upstairs bathroom had a low pressure and was difficult to control the temperature. The one downstairs however was fantastic. Kitchen was modern and had everything we needed. We went on a whale watching tour in Narooma and it was an amazing experience. A wonderful stay.

Stunning South Coast Destination
This was the perfect holiday home for our annual South Coast family break away. It suited us and our teenage girls so well with enough space to relax and enjoy a home away from home. The kitchen was so well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed making delicious dinners there. We had movie nights upstairs in the mezzanine. The table tennis in the garage was a great place for some family fun. And being just across from the beach was amazing. Bird life in the garden and a quick glimpse of kangaroos spotted at dusk near the neighbours, echidnas walking by the main road, dolphins by the beach and whales spouting in the distance. And so many amazing places to discover north and south of Dalmeny. Lauren was very easy to communicate with. And when asked, provided so many local places to visit. Thank you. We’d love to return.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in this lovely property. Plenty of space inside, and we loved having tea on the deck in lounge chairs provided. Comfy bed, great kitchen and also had a game of table tennis in the garage. We brought our bikes so the cycle path right outside the house was a big bonus!
