Outside and public areas look great. But room was outdated, with worn furnishings. Inconvenient outlets. Free WIFI required sign-up with Hilton Honors first (terrible). Black mold on shower ceiling. No parking except $45/nt valet - literally none else. But parking valets very nice people and helpful. Check-in staff helpful and friendly.

Undergoing renovations. After checking in we went to our room and it was not completely finished or ready to have guests in it yet. So they ended up giving us a handicap room that was smaller not quite what we paid for. We got a rollaway bed which did not fit. They had to come up to move furniture around and take some out so we could fit a rollaway so we were not happy with that situation. But the room was nice. I’m sure when the hotel it’s finished, it will be awesome. Everybody was really nice. We just weren’t happy with how we ended up with the room we got, which was less in size and amenities than what we had booked.

Recently renovated room, however no double paned windows to continuous highway noise from US I-75 = not relaxing. Not to mention the front desk staffer who booked me in a room next to another room that was currently undergoing renovations! This meant loud drilling noise from 9 to 5. When I asked to move the next day, I to interact with a very disrespectful and unpleasant front desk worker who would not change my room or accommodate me. Don’t you think a hotel should compensate It’s guests who have fully paid in advance or offered to move them to another quieter part of the building? I will never stay here again, nor do I recommend it for anyone. Can I attach photos to show the lack of hygiene?

The staff was extremely rude at check in. The hotel is under construction and it was not posted on the website before booking, they said it was posted which is not. The room had no furniture but the bed and a chair and 2 pillows for 4 people! I called 4 times to get 2 extra pillows it took them 2 hours to bring to my room after 4 calls in which they ended the call before I got my request in. Definitely a terrible experience. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.
