I Came Here Planning To Stay For 2 Weeks, and Ended Up Staying For 2 Months, lol. I Can't Say Enough Good Things About This Hotel. 1st of All, The Pricing For The Value You Get Is Unbeatable For This Area & Location. It's Very Clean & Quiet, No Pest Issues. Pet-Friendly. It's Quietly Tucked Away Off The Main Strip of Preston Rd./289 A Full-Hot Breakfast Is Served There Each Morning. And An Almost Overwhelming Selection of Restaurants, Fast-Food & Shopping Nearby. There's Even A Whole Foods Market Located Less Than 5 Minutes Away. The Staff There and Receptionists Made Sure I Was Very Comfortable During My Stay. And A Special Thanks To Miss Shaw, Who Was Very Thoughtful and Helpful While I Was There. She Accommodated Me In Changing My Room Upon My Arrival, Which Was Originally Located Right Next To The Lobby. Since I Desired A Quieter Setting, as I Do Most of My Work from My Laptop in my room, She moved Me To A Much More Quiet Room On The 2nd Floor, and I Never left, lol. Once I Got Nestled In, between The Plush King Size bed & The 50-inch Flat Screen, it Was Hard To Leave. What More Can I Say? This Is Definitely My 1st Choice Whenever I'm Visting This Region. Shower shampoo was empty so cleaning staff obviously didn’t check. Has a towel in the bathroom that had what looked like blood stains on it. Staff was super helpful and found some a half empty bottle of shampoo for us.

It was quiet & clean. Price was very good. The breakfast needs a little work! There was no forks or spoons to eat the with & no fruit. There was plain white bread but nothing to put on the bread. The hot water was empty. When I asked about refilling the hot water they did refill it quickly but then big black chunks of something came out with the water. No hot tea for me. The staff was very nice & polite. Overall a nice place to stay but I wouldn't plan on eating breakfast there.
