"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Ian gave us a tour if the castle along with a history. The rooms were cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram when we were unable to find a taxi. Sue and Ian are a friendly helpful couple. "

"The guest house was exceptionally comfortable and well suited for my stay of 7 days (and would have been well suited for any length of time). The kitchen had everything I would have hoped for as far as being able to prepare my own meals. Dalkeith and environs have lovely parks and I thoroughly enjoyed the discoveries I made of wooded walks and history. I wondered if I would regret not renting a car. "This is one of the best hostels I ever stayed. I stayed in female 10 people dorm. Though there were 10 people staying, I felt very private. The pods have screens, light and USB connecting port. The staffs were very friendly. I was invited to a beer tasting session and it was very interactive one. JC did the beer tasting session and he was very friendly. He helped me a lot right from check in and whatever query I had, JC helped me with it. The high street area was very nearby. There are lots of options nearby for food. There are lots of pubs nearby hosting live music session. This is the best place to stay if you are looking for somewhere nearby city and it also helped me to meet new people from different parts of the world. This is one of the best stay I had and I would chose this hostel again. "

"We had an awesome time at Holiday Inn, Edinburgh. The hotel is conveniently located at heart of the city making all the tourist attractions easily accessible. The breakfast spread was great and kids loved it. The front desk staff were very cordial and even helped us with some food options pretty late in night (kids were jet lagged 😀). Overall our experience was great and we would love to come back again sometime in future. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Edinburgh."
