"Beautiful grounds along the River Tay with woodland walks. Close to Dunkeld town. Spa facilities at the hotel are very good with a decent sized pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and gym available to guests. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Used both the bar and restaurant for evening meals. Service very good and food excellent. Room clean, tidy and comfortable. Looking forward to returning here. "

"Hotel, grounds and location were very good. Unfortunately the spa facilities were a let down. Pool are was cold and unsuitble for relaxing. Steam room was cool and sauna had draft coming in. Other residents hogging the hot tub and not vacating it during cleaning cycle."

"It is a beautiful property, with friendly, chatty and interested staff. When we stayed there was lovely Christmas family experiences, lots of family groups, disco and games in the evening, Santa visited all very exciting. In the midst of this were several adult guests who seemed to be forgotten. Although there was an adults only bar.,....right beside the children's party. I adore children but had hoped to have a relaxing and calm pre Christmas break which didn't happen. It would have been...
