"Sioux City is my hometown, try to get back when possible, always tryung new hotels to stay for myself and my fur babies. Was pleasantly surprised to find that the old Howard Johnson had been remodeled and was now a Doubletree! Enjoyed the stay, clean rooms, courteous staff, will definitely be adding this locarion as a favorite! They do allow dogs, but not much area to walk them or area to dispose of poo. There is a mud lot next to the property, would make for an ideal spot for pet owners if they turned it into a small "park" area with seating and grass play area for pets."

"The customer service at this hotel was great. We stayed for a volleyball tournament, and considering every hotel was sold out, the staff went above and beyond to reach out ahead of time for accommodations. They were able to communicate with us without hassle. I was able to check in through an app which made the process so smooth. The facility was fine, rooms were clean and comfortable enough. Parking was free. Breakfast was good, coffee was good, I couldn't have asked for much more. Would gladly stay here again. Only thing I could have used more of is the USB charging areas, there were none, which made it a bit more difficult to charge all our electronics. But we made it work. Keep up the great work! "
