"We checked in very late and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, no fridge but they did have an ice machine. "Amazing place with cool concrete and wood construction. Very good restaurant with a beautiful breakfast menu, with outstanding views over Lake Constance. A couple of oddities: our standard room had no details of hotel services such as restaurant opening times, spa details etc. Also, the room heating is centrally controlled so you have to put up with preselected temperatures. There is no phone to connect with the hotel reception and no fridge. "
