"Excellent room Staff are helpful but cannot speak English. Comfortable place The only complaint was the food. It snowed on the night of arrival and the next day we decided to use the hotel dinning. There plenty of choices but the food are not as fres at other places and was quite expensive . We later found reasonably close by restaurant which are actually cheaper. "

"I wholeheartedly recommend this onsen to anyone visiting morioka, even if for a couple of nights only. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the service was the best we had experienced before in any hotel or onsen. We were picked up from the bus stop with a shuttle service run by the hotel, which was fantastic. We had booked the room with the private onsen and it was just perfect. "ディナーはコースですが、前半はよかったのですが、途中でよくわからない（料理の方向がよくわからず）一皿が出てきてほぼ残してしまいました。その後いきなりキッシュが来てそこでトーンダウンしてしまいました。夕飯にキッシュは食べたくなかったです。もう少し料理の構成を考えられた方が良いのではと感じました。朝ごはんは美味しかったです。"

"Fantastic ryokan, located in a very quiet countryside area. Lots of nature and birds. Very peaceful. You will need a car to get to this ryokan. The road to the ryokan is narrow. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. Onsen was relaxing and food was delicious. The staff were very kind and attentive even though there was a slight language barrier. The location of the hotel is situated in the beautiful mountains with very easy access to Lake Tazawa. I would gladly return for another visit. "

"Staff was super nice at this property. Service was top of the line. They even drove us up and down the road even though we could've walked. Food was delicious, elaborate, and made with superb craftsmanship. Room was so comfortable probably one of the most comfortable ryokans we have stayed at. Private open air bath was perfect with snowing outside!"

"チェックインからの対応はとても良いです。館内は回廊のようになっていますが、中居さんが説明をしてくれながら部屋まで案内してくれます。温泉はトロトロのお湯でとても気持ち良かった。会席料理もどれも美味しく満足できました。　部屋もお風呂もどこも清潔で気持ち良く過ごせます。平日の宿泊だったのでとてもゆっくりできましたが、繁忙期だと状況も違うかもしれません。また来てみたい宿のひとつです。"
