"I will choose the same hotel if I visit Berlin again. The location is very convenient with bus stop right next to it and subway station in walking distance. Taxi waits in front of the hotel. Open buffet breakfast was delicious and had good variety for different tastes (children/adults). We found our room clean everyday we came back from our sightseeing trips. So thank you."

"Room was very clean , had everything we needed. It is pretty small, but we only needed it to spend a few nights while visiting Berlin. The room has a tea kettle, which was very nice. Would have had a great view but there were scaffolding installed on the building at the time we visited - late October 2024. it takes about 30 min to get to Museums. Metro station is very close, only one long block away. Overall good stay, but would stay close to Museums next time. Staff very friendly. "

"too far from public transportation; taxi service excellent and always available. too far from convenient restaurants for me except for Caruso's which was not that good. friendly staff. however they informed me there were no extra charges for in-room phone calls and my bill reflected charges for SEVEN! do i get a refund? all three staff members assured me there was no extra change for the calls before i made them. "
