"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. "Wir sind im März spät abends angereist für frühe Fährfahrt am nächsten Morgen. Das Zimmer war leider nicht geheizt. Heizung funktionierte als wir sie aufdrehten, aber Bett, der ganze Raum, das Bad fühlte sich eiskalt an, Bettdecken sehr dünn und zu klein. Insgesamt leider nicht gemütlich.
