"This hotel was a pleasant Surprise. Expedia screwed up our itinerary, so we needed a place to sleep for the night before our flight. I thought this was going to be a small, airport transit hotel. It was a huge room, very modern and clean. The staff are great, and the morning free shuttle was ontime and courteous."

"The hotel is so messed up. I never imagine such a hotel could be found in Korea. It's so unkempt, no provision of the usual things like batting soap, body cream, toothpaste, etc. The bed sheets were so dirty and unwashed. Dirty colored towel. My spouse had a quarrel with me for making such a booking. I regretted my stay there. It's a complete disregard to customers. Complete insensitivity by the management "

"NOT a family friendly property not a bad hotel just not family oriented. Staff was nice room was clean. Fortunately my daughter is only two and was not able to understand all the adult content.
