"Hotel charges $100 above rental fee which you get back a week after you leave if room is clean. Had to sign a waiver saying room was clean when arriving. There is a charge if you do not check out in time, however, we arrive at 4:30 pm (half hour past check in) and was told room was not ready. Asked to check again as it was a long trip to get there and a room was ready. Room was half remodeled and could use some finishing. No Kleenex and no coffee maker."

"Great location and transportation provided with hotel shuttle upon demand - very easily accessible - to Busch Gardens and waterpark, as well as nearby mall with good food options. Good choice of food for included breakfast. Dinner at hotel’s restaurant was delicious and the hotel provides happy-hour free drinks every night(2 per person). There is also a public transportation bus with stop right outside the hotel - downtown Tampa is about 20-30 minutes away by bus depending on traffic; not a crowded bus, fun to see the neighborhoods all the way to downtown. TPA Airport about 25 mins away, very convenient location. "
