The service was second to none, absolutely fantastic so polite and friendly! The standard was impeccable and we were made to feel so special throughout our stay. The spa was beautiful and we got an upgrade to a gorgeous room which made our stay so special. The Elemis products in the bathroom was a huge plus. "I stayed for one quick night at this hotel and I was blown away by the hospitality and helpfulness. I was down in thar area competing in a sports event and the reception staff on the night I arrived and the morning I left could not have been better. There was obvious communication between staff members which often is lost in the big chain hotels these days. Would love to return and sample the restaurant food and actually sit for breakfast."
