The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. "It is a lovely cottage but be mindful the garden on the photos is not actually accessible from the property as its actually a first floor apartment and there are steep steps up to the front door. There were a few snags which I emailed the host about, mainly odd repairs and renewals needed.
