I did not realize the apartment was on the 4th floor (5th if you count ground floor) and there isn't an elevator to bring luggage upstairs. The steps are narrow and winding, making it challenging. Otherwise, we were very happy."

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom were both modern and well-equipped. It was a very comfortable stay for two couples. The location could not have been better for exploring Strasbourg and the Christmas markets. Emmanuelle was amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful, which made the stay even better.
