"Excellent budget accommodation within walking distance to bus stops and the central train station. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage in a locker so we could go explore. The location really couldn’t be better for exploring the city. We stumbled across a pizza place called Anarkist right across from the train station that became our favorite restaurant. The bed was cozy and the room was clean and well maintained- it felt very modern as well. The staff were always friendly and helpful and provided recommendations. There is a breakfast restaurant on the bottom floor which you can dine in for a fee. The bathroom is very small (2 people wide) but this is expected in a budget hotel- the shower is in a corner of the bathroom which is then closed with a curtain but the entire bathroom gets pretty wet. Overall, an amazing stay ina beautiful city. "

"Stunning property and location with the only big negative being the entry to the hotel was always surrounded by smokers so that there was no way to get into or out of the hotel without running the gauntlet of a strong smell of smoke. Not just an issue for this hotel but most of Europe. If they just made a zone for smokers that kept them from being right at the door it would make things far more enjoyable. "

"The Hotel is absolut Wonderful but on The Weeknd the outside was a disaster. Beer, cans, bottles, trash cigarette butts and it stayed there for two days. No one cleaned it. It was absolutely disgusting."

"Sooo easy! Landed midnight and was in my room and in bed by 12:30am. Was able to go run along the waterfront in the morning right out the front door. Room was clean and comfortable. Really a lovely hotel"

"The staff were very friendly. The accommodations were minimal but exactly what I needed for a 15 hour layover. Pretty easy to get here from the airport by train. "

"The Wakeup Hotel is ideally located near cultural sites, restaurants, and public transportation. There are also multiple grocery stores just down the road, and an excellent gym less than a block away. It is very well managed and clean. The lobby is large and inviting, and a great spot to eat some takeaway with the family. "

"Lovely larger room (junior suite?) for a family stay. Very good location and nice and quiet. Only slight critisism is that you have to book a time slot for breakfast and book house keeping in advance. 4 mornings we were there breakfast availability was fine but the last morning the latest time slot was 7 30am. It was fine for our early rising children but not so good if you wanted a long lie."
