"Clean , well kept, good location."

"We booked this house last minute for our fall break trip. It was great for so many reasons!! They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic amenities. Drew the owner was very communicative and friendly. "

"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

"We’ve always been smitten with the island and this lovely historical cottage was perfect for our extended stay. Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!"

The outdoor setting is truly a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The only downside was the lack of a few essential kitchen supplies, which made cooking a bit tricky at times. If they could address that, it would elevate the stay even more. However, I would definitely recommend this...

"Great location! Quick walk to the beach and great restaurants. Close enough to fun things to do but far enough to avoid a lot of noise at night. The beds were super comfortable and ac worked really well. "

"We had a wonderful time. House was very clean and bed was super comfortable. Loved the location and patio. It had everything you needed for the beach which was huge for us as we flew and couldn’t bring a ton with us. Has ac in every room which was super nice. Parking was convenient and you had your space to park in garage. You could walk to the beach and near by restaurants. "

"Upstairs was extremely warm. AC units did not help much. Lack of a grill was disappointing."
