5/5 Excellent
Overall - decent hotel
"Great service, excellent food and the drinks offering was exceptional. Best I've seen in any hotel. Breakfast was decent too.
Spa and gym facilities were excellent, loads of equipment.
I had an executive room which was the best on offer. It was tired, not particularly clean either. Loads of dust behind the TV and there were stains on the bed runner. The door handle of the bathroom opened directly on to the edge of the shower glass, stupid design floor. Someone unknowingly opens the bathroom door too hard and thats a disaster waiting to happen. Needs addressing urgently.
Finally, the lighting in the car park is very poor. Extremely difficult to see where you're walking when moving from the gym back to the hotel.
Aside from that, the stay was great. "
